2.0The location is easy to find
− When we arrived our room, there was still food in the refrigerator for my previous person that was there. The shower door was not hanging correctly and it was falling off. We called and they kept saying when they get some effort to fix it we need a pan to fix it ourselves, cause it was very dangerous. It was a very heavy door and I had kids with me and we asked him to clean the room the day that we were going out we come in the room had not been clean. They said they would clean it the next day so their staff is not very efficient. It could be a nice hotel but it just needs better management and trust me. I travel quite often.
We needed an emergency place to stay bc of an interstate accident.

10.0My stay here was easy and very satisfying! Check in was a breeze and all the information was given to us right away. We had a great room and the lobby was very clean and organized. Room cleaning didn’t come as I thought they would so that kind of sucked but they had someone at the front desk so we just went there. There was a time we went to get snacks from the little store area and no one was for for a few minutes so that sucked too but we made due still enjoyed our stay. Staff is friendly, wonderful, informative, and secure. The place is beautiful and cozy. It almost felt like we had our own apartment for real. My stay was amazing and we all enjoyed it (baby included) so i definitely will be booking here again if I can and recommending to everyone to stay here!
