Déçu. Un appartement pour 2 personnes et un enfant de 12 ans maximum. Le canapé lit n'est pas qualitatif. Balcon très petit. Environnement bruyant surtout la nuit. Obligation de faire un choix entre vivre fenêtres ouvertes et subir le bruit et les moustiques ou devoir supporter 30 degrés dans l'appartement car pas de climatisation. TV ancienne génération qui prend de la place dans un appartement déjà petit. Reste une résidence avec une piscine très sympa et une vue magnifique de l'appartement situé à proximité des centres d'intérêt. Tremezzo est une ville magnifique. Dommage de ne pas faire un petit effort sur cet appartement qui pourrait être très sympa avec un peu d'investissement.

Terrible customer service, wouldn't recommend this place. No wifi. We didn't come to Tremezzo for that, but sadly wifi is a modern day necessity we all rely on and the booking was based on them advertising this accommodation offered this amenity. Not having it, meant we missed out on booked activities, like biking, that we couldn't confirm and research local trails (which we'd have done at home in advance if we'd have known there'd be none or booked somewhere without wifi). There was an empty box with all the codes, but presume the modem was taken elsewhere. Very disappointing customer service. I called the property mgmt. company 4 times in total on day 1 and 2 to request support... they offered no help with one person hanging up the phone on me. Zero help or concern. This place has a view, but the property management company seems to rely on that alone - they dont want to know after they have your money. Their false advertising cost us bookings we couldn't use and money wasted trying to connect and communicate with them without email/Whats App etc. Avoid, move on to another place.

We had a lovely stay here Belvedere Mansarda. Overall the facilities were good and the views from every room are to die for. The balcony was a particular high for us and we spent a lot of our time sitting and enjoying the views. It was the best view we saw all trip! There were a few qualms with the apartment - the Wi-Fi isn’t included. After some digging online we realised that you have to pay 5 euros per day. The lift was also out of order the entire time we were there and it is a top floor apartment which proved difficult when arriving and leaving with big cases. During our stay the grill would trip all of the electrics! HOWEVER, we contacted the landlord and it was sorted within a day. There is a lot to do around the apartment- the ferries/bars/restaurants are no more than a 15 minute walk away but it is important to bare in mind that anything beyond the river side is all up hill. So, when walking back after a meal it’s 15 solid minutes of pure cardio. The pool was also a lovely and welcomed edition and the apartment provides fold up deck chairs to take down with you. We had an all weather stay during our trip (end of May) but the place was absolutely stunning no matter what the weather. All photos provided are from the balcony views. Overall, I would recommend this apartment!
