Nothing. EVERYTHING was horrible!!

− I booked a room at 12 am and paid for it on line. I needed it for that night. I would have only slept for a few hours in it. That was July 17th, night of. So it was booked for july 18th because it was after midnight. Until July 19th. I needed it for Friday the 17th. When I got there he WOULD NOT let me switch the date and use the room to sleep in for 4-5 hours. I HAD to pay ANOTHER $100 for another room. So it cost me $200 to sleep in a nasty rundown room for a few hours!! If I would have seen the place in the daytime I would have never even stopped there! It stunk, was way below a normal person's standards. A total RIP OFF!!

Breakfast was horrible. It was prepackaged sandwiches that you had to heat in the microwave. Ceral was stale. Coffee was terrible. Juice was watered down. That is all that wad available. Horrible horrible hotel.

− I hated everything. It said they had a pool, had a picture of a pool. They did NOT have a pool. Said they were located right off the interstate. They are 30 minutes off the interstate. Said rhey had continental breakfast. It was a stupid prepackaged sandwich to heat up in the microwave. Bed was terrible uncomfortable. Refrigerator smelled rotten. Pillows were small and flat. The room smelled stale. Staff were not friendly at all. We had 4 guest in our room and were given 3 towels and they would not give us an extra one. There was enough coffee packs in the room for 1 person. The room was an ugly green. Horrible horrible hotel. I can't believe they lied about the pool. Kids and I went down in our Swimsuits and asked where the pool was and they said no pool and walked away. My kids were so upset. I would never have stayed there if I knew they didn't have a pool. I am so pissed that I stayed there. I am pisaed that I used booking.com. I WILL BEVER USE BOOKING.COM EVER AGAIN. Booking.com should of verified the things they said they had. You are both liars. Then I get a $11 credit to use on another stay. I hardly ever travel so I'll never use it. Plus I'll never use your site again. It ruined part of our quick vacation with our kids. Horrible experience.

Under whelming. In the future we will stay somewhere else.

The breakfast was not much to talk about. There was yogurt, cold pasties and cereal. The juice dispenser had a choice of four different juices, but only the Apple was working, the others put out water.

− The staff was no were to be found. If you wanted them you had to make a call and wait for them to come. (I do not care what nationality the staff is, but it would be nice to be able to understand them.
