送迎付きだが、そもそも電車もバスも利用しやすい立地にある。 露天風呂つきの部屋にしたのだが、竹藪のなかにあり、とても雰囲気がよかった。 食事はとても贅沢で、大満足の内容。 フリードリンクのある読書室があり、お風呂あがりに外の景色をながめながら、のんびりできた。 スタッフの方々は、とても丁寧に対応してくださった。

− 旅館全体が、段差の多い複雑な構造をしている。 部屋の照明は、スイッチがおおくて分かりづらかった。

− The hotel itself was beautiful, and the staff were polite and helpful. However, we were extremely disappointed with the in-room bath. We specifically booked this room because we believed the private bath would contain natural onsen water. After arrival, we discovered that it was only ordinary heated water, not hot spring water. The staff explained that this was mentioned in very small print on the website. However, I strongly feel that such an important detail should be stated clearly and prominently, especially when the hotel is marketed as an onsen experience. Most guests would naturally assume that an in-room bath at an onsen hotel contains genuine hot spring water unless clearly told otherwise. If we had known this in advance, we would have chosen a different room or another hotel. Although the environment was lovely, the experience left us feeling disappointed and somewhat misled. I hope the hotel will make this information much clearer for future guests.
