We loved everything about this hotel . 10/10 location right across from the beach . Rooms clean , beds very comfortable , breakfast amazing , friendly helpful staff . Staff will even assist you to cross busy 4 lane road to the beach . Thanks Novotel Nha Trang for making our trip to Nha Trang so enjoyable .

Novotel Nha Trang very good location in the city, we stay on the high floor with good sea view, room are clean. The hotel staff very friendly, breakfast was good. Especially restaurant manager Miss Thanh always takes care of my wife Vegeterian food . Strongly recommend to my friend when they come here .

Selling point is the location (sea facing). Hotel is showing its age and good luck waiting for the lifts. At one time, I waited a good 10 minutes, thankfully I am on holiday and in no rush but still annoyed with the wait. Service is Ok for Novotel and nothing to shout about. I’ve booked an executive room and on the eve of my check out, I requested for a late check out 2pm and staff said no as hotel is fully booked which I had no problems with. I subsequently realised my executive room came with 2pm check out and I went back down to let them know. They had no choice and unwilling agreed. Please do not offer 2pm check out on the package if it cannot be accomodated.

Very close to the beach. Excellent location.Excellent breakfast. Clean room. Helpfull staff. Good Gym and swimming pool.

− There were two significant issues with our stay. First, the hotel’s policy appears to require children under the age of 12 to share their parents’ bed. An additional bed is available only for an extra charge. However, we booked the room through Booking.com for three guests, so we reasonably expected suitable sleeping arrangements for all three people to be included in the reservation. This was apparently not taken into account. Since no extra beds were available, we were given only a mattress for our child to sleep on. Booking.com should review this issue and make the sleeping arrangements and any additional charges much clearer during the reservation process. Second, the suite has a very large bathroom with transparent sliding glass doors. This creates a serious privacy problem, as anyone using the bathroom or taking a bath must get dressed inside before opening the doors; otherwise, they can be seen by everyone in the room. This is poor design and could easily be improved by applying frosted film or another privacy covering to the glass.
