10.0Clean room with lots of space (deluxe double). Walking distance to all we wanted to see and some amazing restaurants. Front desk was super helpful, we paid for the breakfast and were leaving the last day prior to it starting and they gave us a to go snack bag. 2 blocks from #9 bus stop where we picked up all our day tours. Would stay again!

6.0Blonde lady who checked us in on the morning of October 6 was extremely patronizing and rude. However, the woman who helped us out on the evening of October 9 was extremely helpful. It’s so basically you wouldn’t lose some.

10.0We arrived at the hotel early, but we were able to start exploring the city right away since the hotel kindly offered to store our luggage until check-in. We stayed in a deluxe double room, which included a small fridge—perfect for preparing lunches for our day trips. The room was spacious, spotless, and featured both a rainfall and a regular shower head, which was ideal for my tall husband. We also chose the breakfast package, which offered a great variety of hot and cold options. The food was very good and nicely presented. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Since it was our first time using the local buses, they were especially helpful in explaining which one to take from the Planetarium back to the hotel. We would recommend this hotel.
