10.0Although I had initial issues with the smell of the cleaning supplies used on my room, the extremely attentive and supportive staff IMMEDIATELY solved the issue and created the perfect peaceful, eco-friendly, environment I craved! I highly recommend for solo travelers seeking refuge and tranquility.
