10.0Beautiful hotel. Large room. In room coffee and kettle. Nice bathroom. English speaking staff. Wonderful breakfast and bar in hotel. Clearly geared toward American travelers and has all the creature comforts

6.0the reception staff were outstanding. But the room was cold and housekeeping didn't clean the cups after use or replenish the tea/coffee sachets. The 'hot' food ordered in the restaurant was cold when it arrived. Paying £65 for a meal that was cold does not sit well with me. I sent 2 emails to the hotel requesting information but neither were replied to. Overall not a good experience

8.0Clean room well stocked bar. Air conditioning was good. Bathtub and shower could be improved by adding a door and extending a shower head that has more reach over the tub. Providing a bathrobe would improve comfort

10.0Room was spacious and updated. Bed and bedding very comfortable. Good location, very walkable to sights and cafes etc.
