6.0La falta de personal es más que evidente, la habitación no contaba con vasos, toallas completas, botellas de agua, jabones, tapetes del baño etc. Incluso cuando me registré no contaban con terminal para hacerme el cobro del hospedaje.

2.0Our reservation was canceled by management a few hours prior to check in. We had two rooms and the owner canceled both. Her response was that she was full. This is unacceptable and this hotel should be removed from any booking site. This seems to be a trend at this hotel. Do not stay here--you will end up having to find a new hotel last minute!
