− Lower pool should be heated as not used as in the shade and very cold. Lighting in hallways very dim - could be bit brighter for better visibility.

10.0Absolutely everything. Fantastic hotel - wonderful staff, delicious breakfast of greatest quality, lovely room, great location, very clean, all in all excellent service. We stayed there for two weeks for our holiday and it was just amazing. Extremely fiendly staff sharing their great love and passion for Crete island - Paris, Vasilia, Maria, Stella, Lazaros and the rest of the team making magic every moment of your stay there. Thank you all again and looking very much forward to our next holiday in this lovely and very enjoyable hotel :-)

8.0Die Nähe zum Hafen/ Flughafen und zur Stadt. Schöner Pool auf dem Dach und im Atrium im Erdgeschoss.Gutes Frühstück.Freundliches aufmerksames Personal.
− Das Hotel liegt 15min vom Flughafen entfernt. Leider liegt diese Seite der Stadt im Startbereich der Flugzeuge .Es gibt kein Nachtflugverbot und man schläft nicht wirklich gut.Die Fenster hätte man besser Schallschutzmässig bauen, verglasen sollen. Auch ist die schöne Zeit auf der Dachterrasse dadurch getrübt. 2028 wird der neue Flughafen ca 35km weiter entfernt eröffnet. Hoffentlich ändert sich dann die Start und Landerichtung.

9.0Η τοποθεσία είναι πολύ καλή, μπορείς να κινηθείς με τα πόδια στο κέντρο της πόλης, στα μουσεία και τα εστιατόρια ή στο λιμάνι. Η θέα από το δωμάτιο ήταν καταπληκτική. Επίσης, το δωμάτιο είχε αρκετές παροχές και ήταν πολύ καθαρό. Το πρωινό ήταν πολύ πλούσιο και είχε πολλά κρητικά εδέσματα.
− Θα θέλαμε στο πρωινό να είχε φυσικό χυμό και όχι τους άνοστους έτοιμους. Επίσης, στο δωμάτιο καλό θα ήταν να υπάρχουν δωρεάν μπουκάλια με νερό, όπως γίνεται στα περισσότερα 5άστερα ξενοδοχεία

8.0We loved out stay, the staff is very nice and welcoming. Breakfast was really good and the location of the hotel is very good.
− It’s very hard to find parking and the hotel parking is very small. The bathroom with the rain shower was a bit uncomfortable because there isn’t a border between the area of the shower and the toilet which caused it to be wet after every shower.
