My first impression of the host was good communication and human relationship. The host made sure he communicated with

10.0Great little spot. From booking communication was excellent. The apartment was easy to find with clear instructions given before arrival. The apartment itself was very clean and the beds also really comfortable. We only stayed 1 night but will be back and hopefully for longer next time. Special thank you to a great host who was quick to respond if anything was needed!
Great value for money in Belfast
8.0This is a lovely apartment close to Belfast center. The area was quiet, and it had everything we needed. The kitchen was well outfitted
− There was some minor confusion over the checkin instructions. As we were traveling I like to get instructions the day before just so that I know what they are in case my phone/wifi stops working. John was very helpful once I managed to connect with him.

6.0− The apartment wasn’t really as pictured. The beds were kind of thrown together. Clean but just looked messy. There was stuff left in the fridge and freezer. The hall closet was full of stuff and not safe especially if you had little ones around. The bathroom was a little moldy around the shower. The furnishings weren’t bad though. Overall it was doable for a nights stay but some work could definitely be done. They left two towels for 5 people and didn’t have any extra blankets which would have been nice since we had an extra person to the amount of beds. The owner was responsive with messages though and definitely seemed to be responsive to my opinion. Definitely has potential but the rating it had did not match what we experienced.

10.0Was very clean and spacious, very kindly left tea, coffee, milk and sugar. Quiet area with plenty of parking.
