Expensive stay without access to facilities we paid for

โ Overbooking - we were informed during checkin that our room is not available and we can get a refund or instead of apartment with extra bedroom we can get two separated rooms. We were traveling with kids so it wasnโt an option. Additionally construction site next two property made the stay extremely noisy. We also selected this hotel mostly because pool - and what a surprise - pool wasnโt available due to maintenance
