Casa Pazzi was a very comfortable, relaxing and stress free end to what had been a busy holiday.
9.0Having spent time in Rome and Assisi on our family holiday, Casa Pazzi was the unexpected highlight of our trip. From start to finish our host, Francesca, went out of her way to make us welcome and ensure everything went smoothly. Little things like not only recommending places to eat, but also booking them for us, made a big difference. The apartment is very well equiped, and very clean. It is ideally situated in a stylish part of town with beautiful views. We would highly recommend visiting Grottammare, and Casa Pazzi in particular!

8.0Stayed here with my 70-year-old mother and found Casa Pazzi to be a beautifully restored property with stunning gardens and thoughtful design. Francesca was warm, communicative, welcoming and available, and the unexpected daily housekeeping was a lovely touch. The private garden was especially enjoyable in the morning. 🍊
− If you’re travelling without a car, the steep walk to and from the beach can be challenging. Taxi service is limited, and we unexpectedly paid €25 for the short trip (less than 1 km) from the train station. Arranging transportation and confirming the fare in advance is worthwhile. While the property itself is beautiful, we felt the accommodation and the village were priced higher than expected compared with other places we visited in Italy. To get the most value from your stay, plan to spend plenty of time enjoying the property itself. 🍊

10.0Francesca hat einen sehr freundlich empfangen und viele wertvolle Tipps gegeben. Schöne Ferienwohnung mit wunderbaren Blick auf das Meer. Die Parksituation ist manchmal etwas eingeschränkt und es ist gut, wenn man fit genug ist und Treppen zu steigen. Ansonsten aber eine sehr schöne Unterkunft und wunderbare Betreuung vielen Dank, Francesca.
