Hard to imaging a better hotel in Venice...nice to live like a rich 17th century Venetian merchant for a few days
10.0One of the nicest places we have stayed in decades of travel. Place is physically beautiful--great combo of beautiful preservation with some modern Italian art and design. Fantastic location away from the crowds. Very good local restaurants close by, as well as water bus stops. Great staff--Franco and team. 10 on a scale of 10...and we are persnickety!

10.0Everything was perfect! The staff went above and beyond from the manager to the kitchen and bar staff. Beautiful setting and perfect location: quiet but close to the action, just a short walk to bars, shopping and restaurants. But once back at the hotel, we found sanctuary in the garden. The breakfast was whenever you woke up and the assortment was just lovely!
