10.0Traumhafte Lage. Toll um zu entspannen. Der beste Stop auf unserer Reise durch Koh Phangan

7.0Die Lage, der Pool, alles sehr gemütlich und es ist eine schöne, ruhige Atmosphäre. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und angenehm. Man kann hier sehr gut abschalten. Das Essen ist gut und günstig. Zimmerservice immer gut. Wir konnten Taxi sowie Mofas gut übers Hotel buchen. Allgemein alle sehr hilfsbereit und entspannt. Die Massagen waren top!!!
− Die bereitgestellten Duschtücher und Bettwäsche waren gewaschen jedoch trockneten diese nicht sehr gut ab und rochen auch nicht besonders frisch, was jedoch Jammern auf hohem Niveau ist. Das Wasser in der Dusche konnte nicht wirklich warm eingestellt werden, was jedoch auch nicht allzu schlimm war. Schlimmer war die Nacht, die wir nicht in unser Bungalow konnten, da niemand mehr an der Rezeption war und der Zimmerschlüssel, den wir abgegeben haben, war leider nicht dort, wo er sein sollte. Das war dann doof. Nach knapp 2h suchen, warten, vergeblichen Anrufen mussten wir die Nacht in einem anderen Hotel verbringen. Ohne unsere Toilettenartikel, mit sandigen Kleidern und salzigen Haaren war es nicht lustig. Auch das Ladegerät sowie Medikamente waren im Bungalow und wir konnten nicht rein. Das Personal hat sich am nächsten Morgen in aller Form entschuldigt und uns schlussendlich dann die Nacht im anderen Hotel bezahlt. Trotzdem wollte ich dies hier mitteilen. Ich denke jedoch, dass dies nicht mehr passiert und das Management Vorkehrungen treffen wird.
