− Air conditioning was insufficient Bathroom floor was extremely slippery and not safe for kids and elderly Devoid of Electrical Plug point/ socket Toiletries not provided ( luckily we brought ours) Hanger and wall hooks No phone to connect directly to front desk From the frontdesk/ lobby: we have to walk to the next building across the street to get to our room😢😢😢
