− Unser Bad war außerhalb des Zimmers.Wir hatten einen Tür zum Nachbarzimmer. Wir konnten jedes Wort in einer unangenehmen Lautstärke hören.

2.0Die Lage war gut.
− Unsere Wohnung hatte kein Badezimmer, mit Baby super unpraktisch, wenn in der Beschreibung drin steht, eigenes Badezimmer, dann gehe ich davon aus, dass das Badezimmer in der Wohnung ist und nicht 2 Flure und 3 Türen weiter weg. Das Bett war durchgelegen und schief. Die Nachbarn hatte man gut hören können, weil nur eine Zimmertür mit Schlitz unten drunter uns trennte. Die Treppe im Flur war sehr steil, wir hatten Schwierigkeiten unsere Sachen dort zu transportieren. Wir haben 45 Minuten gebraucht, bis wir jemanden vom Personal erreicht haben.
Wir sind dankbar, dass wir schnell einen „Ersatz“ (nicht gleichwertig) vomerhalten haben aber hätten gerne die Differenz
4.0Das einzig positive war die zentrale Lage und die gute küchenausstattung.
− 1. unsere Buchung war zwar Schrift bestätigt aber bei Ankunft (Anruf bei Vermietung) nicht auffindbar! wir haben als Alternative dann zwar nicht die gebuchte Unterkunft (2 Schlafzimmer) erhalten sondern wurden in einer andern Ferienwohnung untergebracht (1 Zimmer + Schlafcouch) im selben Haus! Wäre bei Buchung ca 100€ weniger gewesen! 2. der Vermieter war nicht vor Ort -sein Kumpel hat uns dann in die Wohnung gelassen und uns extra Handtücher und Bettzeug gegeben (die whg war nur für zwei Personen vorbereitet) 3.die kKospülung hat zusätzlich irgendwelche Geräusche gemacht 4. die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig 5. im Gespräch mit dem Vermieter (nachträglich) wurde mitgeteilt, dass bei booking das Problem gelegen hätte und der Vermieter dies auch dem Portal mitgeteilt hat. Lt Info von booking waren keine Doppelbuchungen oder Probleme gemeldet worden! 6.Preis der Wohnung ist sehr teuer für die Ausstattung und Qualität der Wohnung 🙁 auf Anfrage beim Vermieter bzgl Rückerstattung der Differenz der Miete wurde mitgeteilt, dass die Kosten gleich wären für die Wohnung und das booking sich darum kümmert.
