Barulho e higiene pessimos

− Ar condicionado barulhentos, vizinho deixou ligado 24h e muito barulho, mas conseguimos durmir, isso que estava 13°C, imagina no calor. Reclamei na recepção, 3x (hora do jantar, 00h e no checkout), fui ignorado, sem ação nenhuma. Achamos barata no quarto, e tinha um gato no refeitório do café da manhã, que os funcionários o conduziram para a cozinha, higiene? Espero não precisar voltar mais nesse hotel.

8.0Cumple plenamente con los requerimientos de un alojamiento de ruta en el camino hacia algún destino laboral/comercial. No le sobra nada pero no le falta nada.
