Lovely hotel, amazing receptionist!!
10.0The hotel is perfectly located - in the middle of the small Main Street and 2 minute walk from were the bus drops you off. The hotel was clean, the room was spacious but most of all the young lady on reception was absolutely amazing! Any questions about the place/what to do she would help you straight away. Would happily stay again when visit Phong Nha.

10.0The hotel went way out of the way to help us including letting us check in about 7 hours early at no extra charge. Couldn't be happier and highly recommend.
Clean but a little noisy.
