− Só tinha um rolo de papel higiénico, porta do banho estragada e puseram cortina para remendar, lençóis de pouca qualidade. Corredores a cheirar mal. A porta do quarto era muito complicada de abrir e de fechar. Esperava mais.
Bed bugs

− The bed had bed bugs, and I ended up covered in bites all over my body, including an allergic reaction. When I reported the issue, the manager insisted they were probably mosquito bites, despite the obvious evidence. I was only moved to another room because I requested it. I will never stay at this hotel again, and I would not recommend it to anyone. This was a completely unacceptable experience.
