Good location to see the city and little sanctuary from the heat
9.0Lovely host always on hand. Great location by Roma Termini so everywhere in the city is in reach. Cool, quiet and clean. Small but adequate quick breakfast for a hot day.

6.0Excellent location: Very close to Termini Station and within walking distance of the city center. Simple but delicious breakfast: The host prepared fresh coffee and toast for us every morning. There was also a good selection of sweet pastries, jams, yogurts, fruit, juice, and water. Room comfort: The air conditioning worked perfectly, and despite the central location, there was minimal street noise.
− The private bathroom was located outside of our room and had very poor ventilation, which made it feel quite damp and musty. The toilet was constantly running/leaking water, and overall comfort was a bit limited.
