9.0Idéalement placé 15mn à pied de San Marco ou du quai pour Murano/ Burano. Commerces de proximité à 5-10mn (pâtisserie, pizza, supérette...). Spacieux avec ces 2 chambres. Quartier très sympa pour découvrir Venise à l'écart de la foule.
− Il faudra réparer la prise électrique de la cuisine afin que le micro-ondes soit remis en place (et non dans un placard avec produits d'entretien stockés dessus...). De moindre importance, le coffre-fort ne fonctionne pas. Par ailleurs, il serait bien d'avoir un mode d'emploi pour le chauffage plutôt que de dépendre de l'assistance pour régler la température.

7.0Τα επιπλα ήταν ομορφα και φαινοταν καινουργια. Η τοποθεσια ηταν πολυ βολικη.
− Δεν ηταν καθαρα. Ειδικα στην κουζινα φαινοταν πως το διαμερισμα δεν ειχε καθαριστει. Οι επιφανειες και το τραπεζι ειχαν λεκεδες και ψιχουλα. Και οι υπολοιπες επιφανειες στα δωματια ειχαν λεκεδες.
