Ein schöner Urlaub mit kleinen Makeln

Eigentlich ein sehr schönes Haus, etwas hellhörig, aber mit toller Wellnessoase (Sauna und Jacuzzi, Terrasse und Balkon). Die Anlage ist auch sehr gepflegt und schön ruhig. Der Müggelsee ist wirklich nur 100 m entfernt (aber man muss außen rum gehen zum Schwimmen). Die Grundausstattung der Küche ist gut, es gibt genügend Teller, Tassen, Gläser etc., so dass wir problemlos kochen und auch grillen konnten.

− Schade ist, dass vor einem im Prinzip eher luxuriösen Haus am Detail gespart wird: es gibt keine Sofakissen, was noch Sitzen auf dem Sofa unbequem macht. Es werden nur zwei Geschirrspül Tabs, zwei Müllbeutelund zweimal Klopapier gestellt - das ist sehr unpraktisch, vor allem, wenn man nicht mit dem Auto da ist. Es würde ja nicht so viel kosten, diese Dinge ausreichend im Haus zur Verfügung zu stellen. Es gab auch nicht mal Salz, Pfeffer etc. - wir haben das natürlich dagelassen (wie auch den restlichen Kaffee, Essig und Öl, alles das, was eigentlich jeder braucht - ich vermute, das wird dann vom Vermieter „entsorgt“). Und ganz furchtbar fanden wir auch den Sicherheitsmann am Wochenende - es muss der gleiche sein, der auch schon in anderen Bewertungen aufgetaucht ist. Ich bin nach einem Abendspaziergang gegen 23:30 Uhr mit meinen beiden Söhnen zurück zu unserem Haus gelaufen, wobei wir uns ganz normal unterhalten haben - da kam er dann schnell aus seiner Wachmann Tür raus und hat uns (laut!) aufgefordert, still zu sein. Ab 22:00 Uhr gelte die Nachtruhe. Der Witz: es war Samstagabend, und in der Eisbahn wurde eine Party gefeiert (völlig in Ordnung, aber definitiv lauter als wir). Zuvor hatte er uns schon zusammengestaucht, als wir durch das geöffnete (Auto-) Tor gelaufen sind. Er wollte unseren Hausschlüssel sehen. Wir hatten beide Hände voll, da wir vom einkaufen kamen und diverse Tüten zu tragen hatten. Ich habe ihm gesagt, ich könne ihm auch den Code nennen. Das interessierte ihn aber nicht. Wer zu Fuß kommt, muss den Schlüssel vorzeigen. Das fand ich völlig unmöglich. Die Mitarbeiterin, die wir tagsüber angetroffen haben, war sehr freundlich; von ihr haben wir auch ein Bügeleisen und einen Föhn bekommen.

− Reception was only available 9-2 on weekdays. We couldn’t get the washing machine code on the weekend. The Biergarten and bistro next door close at/before 6 PM!

Die Nähe zum Müggelsee und das vorzügliche Essen im angeschlossenen Bistro.

− Man mag zunächst denken, der Feriengasthof Rübezahl sei eine Unterkunft, aber weit gefehlt, in Wirklichkeit ist es ein Rollenspiel paradies für Bürokratieliebhaber:innen! Der Ordnungsfetischist kommt hier ganz aus seine Kosten — Wohnungen müssen - trotz Zahlung eines hohen gezahlten Endreinigungsbetrages - gefegt übergeben werden, die extra und hoch bezahlte Bettwäsche zieht man selbst auf und ab, Rasenflächen sind grundsätzlich nicht zur Benutzung durch Menschen zugelassen, Hunde sind angeleint zu führen und sollte man aus praktischen Gründen wie ein überlanges Auto nicht auf den dafür zwar nicht ausgewiesenen aber vorgesehenen Parkplätzen zu parken versuchen, hat man mit dem nächtlichen Besuch eines Security Mitarbeiters zu rechnen, der einen dann in unverschämtem Ton, aber dafür mit Gestik und Wortbrocken ermahnt, bitte auf den verdichteten und gegen Auslaufen des Fahrzeugs versiegelten (kein Witz) Teerstellplatz zu fahren. Die Rezeption ist wie in allen „Passierschein A38“-Simulationen schwer zu finden und hat man dann endlich das entsprechende sehr deutsch anmutende Büro gefunden, erwartet die Rezeptionistin natürlich, dass man ihren Job für sie schon „online“ erledigt hat und wundert sich weiterhin, dass man sich 2 Minuten nach dem eigenen Eintreffen noch nicht bestens auf der Anlage auskennt. Das muss man auch, denn überall sind zur allgemeinen Erheiterung und zur Verstärkung der Immersion Zäune aufgebaut, die man dann wichtig mit seinem Schlüssel aufschließen kann, nur um mal eben das Gelände zu überqueren oder an den See zu kommen. Der Schlüssel zur Wohnung ist natürlich in einem mit (leicht erratbaren) Zahlencode gesicherten Safe aufbewahrt, das Tor hat noch mal einen anderen Code, das WLAN hat ein normales Passwort und dann noch mal einen Login Code, und so weiter, nur so richtige Passierscheine gibt’s leider nicht.
