− عند الوصول لم احصل على نفس حجز الشقة الذي تم حجزه اونلاين وبعد تغيير الشقة واستلام الشقة الجديدة لم تكن نظيفة يوجد بقايا اكل في المطبخ من النزلاء السابقين و دورات المياه لم تكن مزودة بالاحتياجات الاساسية والمغاسل مسدودة ولا يجري فيها الماء بسلاسة Upon arrival, I did not receive the same apartment that I had booked online. After changing the apartment and moving into the new one, I found that it was not clean. There were leftover food items in the kitchen from the previous guests. The bathrooms were also not equipped with the basic necessities, and the sinks were clogged and the water did not drain properly.
