10.0Everyone was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with any request. Jenny and Bin especially stood out for their kindness and excellent service. They provided helpful recommendations, assisted us whenever needed, and made us feel genuinely welcomed throughout our visit. Their hospitality made our stay much more enjoyable.

10.0This hotel offers great value for the price. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a very cozy bed that made it easy to rest after a long day exploring Ho Chi Minh City. While the hotel is reasonably priced, the quality of service and overall experience were much better than expected. It is a great option for travelers looking for comfort and convenience without spending too much.

Short stay at the Passion Suites
8.0Location is good, Banh Thanh market and Nguyen Hue walking street less than a kilometer. All reception staff were exceptionally good & cordial and always ready to help. Helped us in booking a Grab cab for us at midnight for the airport. I had one 500K dong currency note, and he helped me with smaller denominations so that I could pay the exact fare to the Grab cab driver.
− We booked for a Family Room for one day. The room was so small (only 330 square feet) that we could not open our suitcases. The room could only fit two double size beds. There wasn't any wardrobe, mirror, or table in the room. We were three adults, and hardly we could move in the room. In the bathroom, the water was taking a longer time to drain out from the sink. The draiage system was poor.
