Everything is terrible; the place is not worth the price paid. The staff is extremely poor, lacking any professionalism in hospitality or service delivery. Food quality is very low, the rooms are substandard, and guests' movements are monitored. The hotel feels more like a public café, and there is a complete lack of privacy in the room areas. Furthermore, the hotel does not provide the "all-inclusive" experience advertised on Booking.com—an experience that had already been paid for.

Spent a few days at Sand Beach Resort. The property is decent and the beach area is definitely the highlight—well-maintained and great for swimming. The room was clean and had everything I needed. Staff were efficient and the whole process, from check-in to check-out, went smoothly.

Spent some time at Sand Beach Resort recently. It’s not fancy, but it does exactly what it promises. The beach is kept clean and it’s easy to get into the water. The room was comfortable enough for the price. Everything was functional, and I didn’t encounter any major issues during my stay. The staff was helpful whenever I needed something. Good for a short, hassle-free trip. I’d stay here again if I’m back in Hurghada.
