8.0Good budget hotel. Close to Sengakuji Stn (exit A4). A 7 eleven is very close to hotel and a Lawson’s is across the street. If you’re going to Shinagawa stn via the Keikyu line. Use platform 1. Use platform 2 to return but make sure the train stops at Sengakuji stn.

8.0Very convenient for Haneda Airport and the Tokyo subway system (but be prepared for a lot stairs if carrying suitcases!). Good coffee. Small rooms. 7-11 extremely close.

10.0I like how I got to order a breakfast for 600yen as a hotel deal. I think it was pretty good for what we paid for. I had fun and it was overall clean.
