Rolig og fredelig plass like utenfor byen

Vi hadde leilighet med kjøkken og to soverom i 2. etg. Beliggenheten er flott, en fredelig plass like utenfor Castelnuovo del Garda. Kort avstand med bil til Gardasjøen, Verona og Venezia, for å nevne noe. Flere butikker og spisesteder lett tilhgengelig noen minutter unna. Flott basseng med solsenger og parasoller. Fine uteplasser for å spise eller drive med aktiviteter (fotball, ping-pong etc). Hyggelige verter.

Der Pool und die Poollandschaft waren sehr schön, schön gepflegt und sehr entspannend. Klima hat im Zimmer super funktioniert.

− Das Personal war leider sehr chaotisch, check-in war chaos pur. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr überschaubar, wurde zu etwas späterer Stunde auch nicht mehr aufgefüllt.

Mooi domein, tussen de wijngaarden. Zwembad tussen beplanting, mooi gelegen. Overdekte parkeerplaats (zeer nuttig bij hagel - 2x tijdens ons verblijf). Wasmachine gratis te gebruiken (staat opgesteld in een afzonderlijke ruimte vooraan op het terrein), zelfs wasmiddel is vrij te kiezen (4 soorten). Handdoeken (3 soorten per persoon) worden (ongeveer) om de 3 of 4 dagen omgewisseld. Lakens 1 keer per week. Zelfs keukenhanddoek, afwasmiddel, sponsjes zijn aanwezig. Extra toilet is ook beschikbaar buiten, bovenop de 2 toiletten die je in het huisje hebt - handig als je, zoals ons, met 5 personen bent.

− Buitengeluiden zijn zeer sterk hoorbaar in de accomodatie. Pratende buren in een huisje of buiten hoor je binnen. Om 4 uur in de ochtend beginnen 2 hanen tegen elkaar op te roepen. Je zit uiteraard in een landbouwgebied dus ik begrijp dat die diertjes aanwezig kunnen zijn, maar oordopjes kopen bij de apotheek was voor mij noodzakelijk, ik word snel wakker van geluid.

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön, sauber und gepflegt. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

− Leider gab es beim Check-out eine unangenehme Überraschung. Laut unserer Buchungsbestätigung war das Frühstück in Preis inbegriffen. Trotzdem mussten wir am Ende 80 Euro für das Frühstück bezahlen. Der Unterkunft erklärte uns, dass unsere Studio mit einer Küchenzeile ausgestattet war und deshalb angeblich kein Frühstück im Preis enthalten sei. Das widerspricht jedoch unserer Buchungsbestätigung, in der das Frühstück ausdrücklich als inklusive aufgeführt war. Es geht mir dabei nicht um die 80 Euro, sondern um das Prinzip. Ich habe Booking.com mehrfach kontaktiert und die Rechnung über 80 E die wir bezahlt haben wie gewünscht per E-mal eingereicht. Bis heute habe ich jedoch keine Rückmeldung erhalten. Unsere reise war ende Mai. Ich hätte mir gewünscht, dass der Sachverhalt geklärt wird. Das empfinde ich als sehr kundenunfreundlich. Also Leute : Bevor sie essen noch mal fragen ob das in Preis ist :-))) Abgesehen davon hatten wir einen angenehme Aufenthalt.
