− Nakon potvrđene rezervacije nisam dobio kod za ulazak nego smo čekali na ulici kao psi. Na broj telefona sa Booking stranice za taj hotel se nije nitko javljao. Slučajno je naišao jedan gost iz hotela i telefonirao gospođi na sasvim drugi broj telefona i ona nas je pustila unutra. Taj broj ja sam nisam mogao naći.

1.0Wir wurden nicht reingelasseen, kapieren Sie das nicht? Wir haben keinen Schlüssel und keinen Code für die Tür bekommen und telefonisch und per Mail war keiner erreichbar. Auch Booking.com hat sich um nichts gekümmert ausser uns das Geld abzubuchen, obwohl wir keinen Aufenthalt bekommen haben.

1.0− Zero kontaktu z gospodarzem, nikt nie odbierał telefonu, na drzwiach podano numery z których jednego nikt nie odbierał, a drugi nie istniał, brak możliwości odebrania kluczy, zero zainteresowania tym obiektem przez gospodarza, jednym słowem porażka.
