1.0− Unfortunately, our experience at the hotel was below expectations. When we arrived at our room, the door would not open, and we were unable to enter for quite some time. The reception staff had to call a technician, who finally arrived around 1:00 a.m. and managed to open the door. Another disappointing experience occurred during dinner. We asked an older waiter in the restaurant for some sauce, but he replied that it was only provided for large groups and events. We found this response strange and not very customer-friendly. I hope the hotel addresses these issues and improves its service, as they negatively affected our stay.

Great stay at DES'OTEL
10.0This was our second stay at this hotel in a year, and it confirmed that it is consistent in its overall high quality. The whole facility was very clean and provided us with everything we needed for an enjoyable accommodation - comfortable room with a cozy bed, cable TV & strong wi-fi, nice balcony and a private parking lot. The location of the hotel is convenient, the staff is very kind and supportive, and if I need to choose one thing to highlight, it would be definitely the breakfast with its big variety of delicious food choices. DES'OTEL will be for sure our choice again next time visiting Tekirdağ.
