4.0Nicht zu empfehlen, war schon 2022 dort, schon damals war alles kaputt und dreckig, dieses Mal war es nicht besser, in der Dusche hat eine Tür gefehlt, lose Zierleisten an den Fensterbänken, viele tote Fliegen in der Lampe, Schmutz und Dreck überall, ein loses Kabel nur mit Klebeband umwickelt unter dem aus OSB Platte zusammengenageltem Schreibtisch?! Da zieht jemand jede Menge Geld raus, in der Umgebung gibt es jede Menge Apartments und Hotels denen das Wohl der Gäste am Herzen liegt. War definitiv der letzte Versuch.

6.0Sauberkeit in Bad und WC lässt viel Potential nach oben . Ein anständiger aktiv Chlorreiniger könnte in der Dusche wunder bewirken. Unter den Spannlacken darf ein Matratzenschoner drunter. In der Ausschreibung muss unbedingt stehen das die Dusche nicht für stark korpulente Menschen gedacht ist. Mülleimer gehören nach jedem Aufenthalt geleert
