The bed quality is amazing. It is ostheopathic memory foam. I had great sleep quality. Personnel and host are welcoming and caring. AC conditioning was appreciated. Environment and neighboroud is calm and quiet.

We had a wonderful stay! The location is excellent and within walking distance of most of Rome’s major attractions, making it very convenient for sightseeing. Francesca was a fantastic host and kindly accommodated our early arrival before the standard check-in time, which we really appreciated. She also recommended a few local restaurants, and the ones we tried were excellent. Overall, a comfortable stay with a welcoming host—we would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Rome.
