Good location, clean comfortable room, could use some upgrades in the public spaces and A/C would be nice.

The room was clean and comfortable and the location was perfect for us.

− The public areas of the hotel are a bit rundown and it smelled like smoke in the hallways (thankfully not in our room). The restaurant on the first floor didn’t appear to be open when we were there but we walked somewhere else for dinner that night.

L'accueil plutôt bien mais changement de décor au moment ou j'ai ditvle lendemain que le petit déjeuner n'était pas à la hauteur des 15 euros . Pas d'omelette, ni d'œufs, ni rien de chaud, uniquement une salade de fruits insipide, de l'eau du robinet servi dans une bouteille sans étiquette, et la même personne a la réception qui m'annonce que je n'ai qu'à aller ailleurs la prochaine fois => inadmissible. Un ventilateur dans la chambre, propreté limite, chambre bruyante, heureusement que j'ai choisi une chambre de qualité supérieure ! Bref je déconseille

Please inform Cit'Hôtel le Welcome in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
