Not good place to stay longer
6.0The staff is friendly, the façade is very striking, the common areas are very authentic, and the public Balinese décor is lovely
− The TV was just for show because it didn't work, the fridge wasn't working either, the bed is very hard and squeaks constantly, the key kept getting stuck in the lock making it hard to close the door, and the air conditioner is very noisy; they only seem to maintain the common areas, while the room I was given was in poor condition and the cleanliness left a lot to be desired

1.0The decorations of the common areas
− I made a second reservation through Booking and paid online, but the next day the manager and the receptionist knocked on my door to demand payment again—they wanted me to pay twice. Later that night, I showed them proof of payment; they didn't even believe it at first and insisted that *I* had to be the one to tell them, claiming they hadn't known about it. I feel like they were probably trying to scam me; either way, I will never stay at this place again

8.0The room is very nice, the decor is very beautiful. The bed is good and the internet is good too. The shower is hot, but it starts to get cold halfway through.
− Some parts of the walls are a little old and moldy, needing a makeover.
