4.0Breakfast was fine.
− We booked a king size suite with a pull-out couch, and when we got into our room, it was a single king size bed with no pull out couch. The woman at the front desk said that all the rooms with pull out couches were booked, even though I had confirmation that this was what we reserved. She didn't help me problem solve, simply offering me some free things from the store. Later I came down and asked if there were rolling beds, which there were (so we used one). With two adults and two kids, this was frustrating. Also, there was only one towel at the pool.
