As refeições estavam excelentes, bom atendimento da equipe, sempre muito solícitos, os recreadores eram bem atenciosos com as famílias em geral, os espaços eram ótimos, agradáveis, os quartos limpos, o chuveiro era maravilhoso, em geral, a estrutura era muito boa.

− O box do banheiro tinha um pequeno vazamento que molhava o tapete do banheiro mais do que deveria, então seria legal se tivesse um tapete reserva para esses imprevistos. E considerando que tem pensão completa, seria legal também se tivesse um pequeno lanche da tarde para os hóspedes, pois o intervalo entre o almoço e jantar é longo.

O hotel é excelente,eu tinha pedido vista para Montana, não foi oferecido,liguei na recepção eles queriam cobrar um valor extra por isso, não achei muito justo é não aceitei,no banheiro do quarto tinha mofo em um das paredes. Mas no geral o hotel é bem cuidado, piscina limpa, tudo bem cuidado e limpo . Os funcionários a maioria é muito querido é educado.

− Uma funcionária do jantar dois dias foi muito grossa ,no primeiro dia pedi opções extras de mistura, normalmente os outros hotéis oferecem, não tinha nada que minha filha gostasse,ela disse que não tem essa opção de um jeito bem rude. No outro dia ,fomos pegar pudim, só tinha um pedaço,deixei para minha filha e perguntei se teria reposição,ela disse que sim , então fiquei esperando, depois de uns 10 minutos ela veio com um brigadeirão,eu perguntei sobre o pudim,ela disse não tem ...eu falei mas vc me fez esperar dizendo que teria,ela rispidamente disse mas não tem , tirando essa pessoa mau amada o restante é muito queridos e atenciosos .
