8.0Struttura molto bella nel centro di Trapani. È ottima la posizione per muoversi a piedi in centro e per raggiungere le fermate dei bus. Pulizia ottima.
− Alcuni dettagli delle stanza andrebbero rivisti. Colazione non molto variegata. Orario del check-in non flessibile.

8.0Pobyt był bardzo udany i z przyjemnością zatrzymałybyśmy się tutaj ponownie. Dużym plusem jest recepcja – co prawda nie jest czynna przez całą dobę, ale bardzo miło, że na miejscu jest ktoś, kto wita gości, przekazuje klucze i wszystko dokładnie wyjaśnia. Obsługa była niezwykle uprzejma i pomocna przez cały pobyt. Przyjechałyśmy przed godziną zameldowania i mogłyśmy bez problemu zostawić bagaże, które później zostały przeniesione do naszego pokoju. To bardzo wygodne rozwiązanie. Dodatkowo, ponieważ wcześnie rano wyjeżdżałyśmy na lotnisko i nie mogłyśmy skorzystać ze śniadania, obsługa przygotowała nam śniadanie na wynos, co było bardzo miłym gestem. Sam pokój był bardzo duży, wyjątkowo czysty i zadbany. Wszystko wyglądało świetnie i niczego nam nie brakowało.
− Jedynym elementem, który mogłybyśmy poprawić, są śniadania. Doceniamy przygotowanie zestawu na wynos, jednak jego zawartość była dość skromna – mały rogalik, kanapka oraz sucharki z dżemem. Warto byłoby nieco urozmaicić ofertę śniadaniową. Poza tym wszystko było na wysokim poziomie. Dzięki bardzo miłej obsłudze i świetnej organizacji cały pobyt wspominamy bardzo pozytywnie.

10.0Lo staff molto disponibile e gentile. Sono stati attenti anche alla mia intolleranza al lattosio facendomi trovare per colazione i prodotti che preferivo.
