Regresamos con ilusión, pero no pudimos descansar
7.0Regresamos al Hotel Fjällsätra por una noche más porque los 4 días que habíamos estado anteriormente nos gustaron mucho. De hecho, decidimos volver porque habíamos tenido una experiencia muy agradable.
− Sin embargo, esta vez no tuvimos la misma suerte con la habitación. Nos asignaron la habitación número 15, en el segundo piso, y fue muy difícil descansar. Ese mismo día llegó un autobús con muchos huéspedes y, desde ese momento, el ruido fue constante. Se escuchaban las maletas, las puertas abriéndose y cerrándose una y otra vez, y el mismo grupo volvió a generar mucho ruido desde aproximadamente las 6:00 hasta las 8:00 de la mañana, cuando comenzaron a salir. Fue imposible dormir bien. Fue una pena porque, durante nuestra estancia anterior en la habitación número 1, apenas escuchábamos nada; incluso dormíamos con la ventana abierta y solo se oía la naturaleza. Otra cosa que no nos gustó fue la experiencia en el restaurante. Antes de llegar llamamos por teléfono para avisar que queríamos cenar el menú y que llegaríamos incluso antes de la hora acordada. Sin embargo, sentimos que nos sirvieron lo que quedaba del día, ya que cada uno recibió un plato diferente y el postre tampoco fue el que aparecía en el menú; en su lugar nos sirvieron helado de vainilla. Todo estaba muy rico, pero nos decepcionó no recibir el menú que esperábamos después de haber avisado con antelación. Aun así, seguimos pensando que el hotel tiene muchas cosas positivas, ya que, de no ser así, no habríamos decidido regresar una segunda vez.

10.0Nos estamos alojando 4 días en el Hotel Åre Fjällsätra, en la habitación número 1, y la experiencia está siendo excelente. Lo que más nos ha gustado es la ubicación, ya que está en un punto perfecto entre Åre y Frösön, ideal para recorrer la zona. El hotel es muy tranquilo, perfecto para descansar. Hemos venido en verano y el ambiente es muy relajante. La cama es súper cómoda y estamos durmiendo de maravilla. Con el sonido del viento y la lluvia entre los árboles, siento como si estuviera durmiendo en medio de un bosque. Es una sensación muy agradable y relajante. Las saunas, tanto la interior como la exterior, nos han encantado. Además, el gimnasio está muy bien equipado. El personal de recepción ha sido siempre muy amable, atento y servicial, lo que ha hecho que nuestra estancia sea aún mejor. El desayuno nos ha parecido bueno y acorde con el precio de la estancia. También es un punto a favor que el hotel disponga de estacionamiento. Sin duda, es un lugar al que volveríamos si buscamos tranquilidad, naturaleza y un buen lugar para descansar. ¡Lo recomendamos!
− Como aspecto a mejorar, la única cosa que notamos fue la atención durante el desayuno. El primer día la señora que estaba atendiendo nos saludó amablemente, pero los días siguientes ya no volvió a saludarnos. No fue algo que arruinara nuestra experiencia, ya que el resto del personal fue muy amable y servicial, pero un simple "buenos días" hace que los huéspedes se sientan aún más bienvenidos. Aun así, disfrutamos mucho nuestra estancia y volveríamos sin dudarlo.
