Great breakfast and great host

Best breakfast we had in Iceland. Not a huge choice but self-made with love and high quality (which we clearly prefer). Very warm host, family run and you can feel that. She gave us a lot of recommendations what to do. Nice views from all rooms. We were lucky and it was a sunny day so we sat on the terrace after we arrived, had some complimentary hot chocolate and just relaxed and calmed down.

− The kids missed a TV. No family rooms which makes it a bit more expensive with kids as you have to book two rooms.

This was the best place that we stayed in Iceland! The room was cool because it was its only little house. The view was awesome and felt remote. The family that runs it is extremely friendly. The breakfast was by far the best and the owner's mom uses her own family recipes and helps you to understand the different and unique Icelandic breakfast items.

Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und herzlich. Unser Zimmer ist liebevoll gestaltet, das Bad stylisch. Das Frühstück besteht aus regionalen Produkten, die vielen Brotsorten, Marmeladen, Skyr, Tunfischcreme waren sehrgemacht. Das Frühstück hebt sich dadurch positiv von anderen Frühstücken ab.

− Ein Fernseher wäre schön gewesen.

Charming bungalow with a magnificent view and in a quiet location. The accommodation is brand new with great amenities and beautifully decorated. The breakfast on-site is incredible, featuring salmon, cheese, homemade breads, and superb jams. A wonderful place to stay!

Very clean! Quiet and secluded. The staff is wonderful!

− Only one small mirror. No mirror in bedroom, so it's inconvenient for 2 people to get ready at the same time if you both use mirrors!
