6.0Very spacious room and close proximity to the ferry
− Mattresses needed replacing, the whole hotel needs a deep clean. The restaurant & bar are grubby. The outside of the hotel has a very smart appearance but the inside it tired and worn out. Expensive for what it is.

Comfy beds, beautiful area.
6.0The beds were just so comfortable. The staff were lovely and very helpful.
− The food was awful. The lift "didn't" work, then we noticed the staff using it to move laundry, but apparently it has a habit of stopping mid floor, so not available to guests. Kettle didn't work in the socket it was next too so had to be used on the floor. And Room 208 sometimes didn't want to let you in the room, it took us 20 mins to get in, and couldn't get a night porter to help.
