Great for the price
10.0So incredibly cute!! The value was amazing. The room had a very nice layout and was very clean. Instead of a front desk, additional toiletries and towels were free to grab, which was very convenient. Contactless checkout made it extremely easy to check in and out. No key cards to deal with. Location is extremely close to many things in the Arts District. The parking lot is locked by a gate.
− Parking is extremely tight. The room with a pool view had a tiny portion of the bathroom window visible from outside, angled to where the shower could be seen. (This wasn't an issue, just something to keep in mind.) The shower only has less than half of a wall, so water gets all over the floor.

6.0ONCE I Was Able To Actually Locate It And Get Inside The Room, I Enjoyed The Beauty Inside, The Small Number Of KIND People I Met There As Well!!
− The Incredible DIFFICULTY Locating The Place AND The Difficulty In Finding WHERE The Parking Lot Is At Along With Getting Through The Gate. Absolute Failure At Wifi.. Which Was The BIGGEST Problem For ME!!! I Wasn’t Able To Even Pull Up Directions On HOW To Get The UT Southwestern Medical Center The Next Morning!!! That Made It Impossible For Me To SLEEP… Not Knowing How Long It Will Take For Me To Drive There In The Morning For My Appointment!! I Actually Left Earlier Than Needed Due To That Issue. Also The Bathroom Needed Repairs! The Toilet Paper Holder Was Falling Out Of The Wall, The Toilet Flush Would Not Stop Unless I Returned To Lift The Flush Handle Several Times!!!!
