− Everything. Strong smell of cooked food when entering. Shown to room,heavy condensation on windows complete with rotten frames. After using the toilet a very strong smell of sewage in the room. Changed rooms, still condensation running on the windows. Did book for 2 nights but decided 1was enough. Didn’t bother with the breakfast,we went somewhere else. This property should not be listed as not really fit for purpose. Was told by the proprietor that they were leaving on the 25/12/2025, as property was closing for refurbishment.

7.0Nice location. Good size room but a bit dated. Staff very helpful.
− Requested room with shower due to age. Got room with bath which wife could not use.

− Mould in room 4. In main room as well as in bathroom. Not a few decks but a lot. Only 2 cups for 4 people. Mould also on cheese sandwiches that was made as had to leave before breakfast that was between 8am and 8:45.
