The staff was super responsive with any questions and provided excellent advice on transport and city tax steps. Amazing location.

− The amount of the nightly tourist tax was not noted before arrival, and I was surprised at the amount. I understand it varies on the islands based on location but this should be provided ahead of arrival.

Overall, a wonderful stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Great location — just a short walk from the train station and close to many of the city's main attractions, yet the area right by the hotel itself stays pleasantly quiet, without big crowds. Check-in was smooth and easy. Matteo came quickly and showed me everything I needed to know. My room wasn't ready yet, so he kindly moved me to another one so I wouldn't have to wait around. He was also very helpful in answering all my questions, both before check-in and during our meeting at the front desk. The room itself was lovely and comfortable — and wonderfully cool, which I really appreciated during these hot days. After check-out, they kindly let me leave my luggage at the hotel, which was very convenient. There's also a nice café and restaurant right next to the hotel.

The bathroom trash can was broken and difficult to use, and the toilet seat was loose and needs to be repaired or replaced. Fixing these small details would make the apartment perfect."

Struttura dal sapore storico, ti permette di immergerti nella vita Veneziana. La camera dava sul canale e su una piazzetta incantevoli. In piazza presente un caffé e altri ristoranti, quindi ubicazione perfetta per iniziare e chiudere la giornata con pasti in zona. Veloce da raggiungere dalla stazione. Staff cordiale e preparato grazie per la gentile accoglienza! Questo fa molto la differenza.

− Una sera abbiamo avuto un po' di sentore di umidità nella stanza, ma non credo sia un tema specifico della qualità della struttura, dopotutto siamo a Venezia. Lo segnalo nel caso foste molto sensibili al tema, ma noi siamo riusciti a goderci comunque e molto serenamente il nostro soggiorno!

Sehr schöner Trip nach Venedig

Die Lage war sehr schön, nachts war es relativ laut, weil eine größere Gruppe Jugendliche auf der Brücke daneben gefeiert haben. Trotzdem war es nicht störend, unser Zimmer lag ums Eck. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und eingewiesen. Hat alles super geklappt! Das Frühstück im netten Lokal gleich daneben ist sehr zu empfehlen.

− Ein paar Gelsen haben uns im Zimmer bereits begrüßt und in der Nacht gequält. Die Matratze unseres schönes Himmelbetts war leider sehr durchgelegen, ich wachte am Morgen nicht besonders erholt auf.
