Our 6th Stay Here in Roberton Suites (With Different Host). We love this place due to Good Location.

− 1) Auto Reply From Host,. Ask a question, auto reply out of topic. Take Quite Some Time to Reply. 2) Didnt Check The Apartment Fully before Guests Check In - TV NO CHANNELS - Digital Door Lock NO BATTERY. Have to call multiple times and Waited for housekeeping - KEPT sending msg to follow instructiona carefully But You don't even check whether your aprtmemt is ready for guest to stay. - Sofa Bed not clean - My child was bitten by bugs - For the price - Overpriced

Location every things is near by

− The room was not clean, and the pillows and bed sheets appeared old and worn out. There were also many ants in the room, and dust was noticeable in several areas. Overall, the cleanliness and maintenance standards did not meet expectations.

Costly, no service, no cleanliness

− Charge is very high. They don't clean the room - you have to pay extra 50-60 MYR to get the room cleaned. I stayed for 3 days - no one even enquired about my stay, they didn't clean, they didn't change linen. No service. Location not close to key attractions like Petaling Street or Jalan Alor.

Overpriced and not that great.

The location was great. The pool was fantastic.

− The deception when booking. It was made to sound like a hotel, with breakfast buffet. Had we not asked about our booking that included breakfast, they wouldn't have mentioned the vouchers or even brought them to us. The vouchers should have been left in the apartment prior to our arrival. They had to wait until we were out to send someone to drop them off. Although they were kind enough to prepare the room for earlier check in, they did not do a great job. The bathroom was not cleaned well, the shower full of soap scum and the floor flooded with water from the leaking bidet. The new sheets smelled severly of extremely strong fabric softener. The smell lasted the whole week we were there making it unbearable to sleep. It made me question weather they even washed or changed them from the previous tenants. We would not even be able to tell. The apartment had no microwave, only some dirty pots and pans with old food residue. We had to scrub the pan clean very well before use and we managed to make it silver again. It was burnt and brown. Very disgusting. This property was not worth the large price we paid for it. Completely over priced.
