Very good location just minutes from the centre of town but feeling peaceful plus there’s an excellent bar/restaurant which is independently-run by different owners on-site. The apartments at the rear also benefit from views of the well-kept grounds of the neighbouring Erasmus apartments with their palm trees & night lights. I understand from other guests that some of the apartments benefit from newer air conditioning units but this does not apply to all of them.

− The apartment we stayed in was badly in need of updating. There was a terrible smell from the drains and the very old air conditioning unit in the living area (there wasn’t one in the bedroom at all!) broke down completely. When we complained we were told it could have been caused by the way we had used the control!! We had to wait 2 days for anyone to come and repair it & had to endure 2 nights with no aircon in extremely high temperatures. It was eventually fixed.

Possibly the worst place I have ever stayed in, run down, broken, unsafe, not as described and depressing.

The location

− Substandard, broken, run down, awful. No battery in the smoke alarm!!! Broken cupboards, dirty old melted kitchen utensils, tiles missing, plugs hanging off the walls, holes and stains in the upholstery and curtains, Rusty fridge shelves and no door on freezer compartment, Rusty old toaster with only 1/4 of the elements working, door locks not working properly, cooker not working, to name a few. Definitely not as described!!!This place should not be on booking.com as it doesn’t represent your company.

Location was excellent. Central to main street, but not front line so was nice and quiet, yet only a couple of minutes walk to the main street. Valerie and Musa run the bar. Food was amazing and excellent prices. Very helpful and friendly.

− Stairs in the apartment were a bit steep especially if you are elderly or have small children.

We love staying at Ozalp. It is basic, but very affordable and great staff.
