Horrible stay.

− Firstly, they tried to double charge. Luckily I had the proof to show it was paid. There was no door to the bathroom. The description states we can purchase breakfast and dinner. But when we got there, we were told there isn’t anyone to cook. If we want we can cook our food using their kitchen. 8.5 km far from the airport.

− It is filthy. Dirty smelly linen..room smelly. Toilet blocked. Shower with broken doors. Old broken aircon. No fridges. No coffee and tea. No cups no glasses. Broken door lashes. Hard man made matress. Broken pedetals Dirty towels. No customer care. Poor admistration.dirty smelly pillows. Rude and lying management. Double bookings. Noisy etc.

10.0One thing about the place is that it is as clean as it appears on pictures. Their staff is well trained and always happy to assist. For quite and relaxing stay i will recommend you try them out. Trust me you won't want to leave. They really have exceeded my expectations.
