− האירוח שלנו היה מלא תקלות, הייתה הצפה בחדר שינה מהגשם שירד, בשירותים יש נזילה ולכן כל הזמן יש מים באזור האסלה, וריח חריף שעולה מהביוב. המים במקלחת לא מספיק חמים. פעמיים נפל החשמל ובאחד הפעמים בעלי נתקע במעלית עד שהצליחו לחלץ אותו.. בקיצור המקום לא מספיק מתוחזק, אפשר למצוא במחיר הזה מלון יותר מתוחזק

Great location! Our balcony faced the mountain so we enjoyed a cool breeze while sitting outside. I love that each bedroom had its own bathroom and there was a spacious common area.

− The cookware could be updated. Other than that everything was great.

Great staff, the way the hotel is set up by owners isn't what I expect for the price that is charged

The staff are amazingly wonderful they are the best, from everyone especially the cleaners & the management. They can't do enough for you & are so helpful. They are also happy to greet you & chat with you, the staff made my stay extremely good. I don't mention the pool as I didn't use it. That being said for the price I wouldn't have expected that accommodation at this level have a broken chair & a broken shower head. Both of which I hurt myself on, the flat is for 4 people & some glasses & some cutlery are missing, quite a lot of the kitchen cupboard doors aren't closing properly, there is sellotape hold a light plug together, the tv wouldn't work when turned on & the bedding doesn't fit the double bed. Also as it is a good hotel I wasn't expecting the lights in hallway to be on a timer that doesn't even give you enough time to get in your room constantly waving your arms at it as the hall in pitch dark. When in the room your key had to go in a holder to switch on the electricity for the whole apartment. I only reported the chair & the shower head of which the staff were amazing & fixed straight away. For paying more that double a night what I've paid elsewhere for the same standard it's not great. It's that the owners seem to give standards of facilities equal to properties costing a lot less per night & still charging more than double, is the only reason that I am leaving this review. The staff are the only reason that I would stay here again as they are amazingly wonderful & brilliant. When I had trouble with my next accommodation & had to spend hours sorting out. They were extremely kind about it & also offered to store my luggage until late that night when the staff finish there shifts. I gratefully took them up on this offer & I then managed to go to the old town for something to eat & sort out my accommodation & collected my bags about 9pm ish.
