− The office was close. We had to go to best western to get check out but the employee didn’t know what to do. Took a long time for him to respond and get my room. The room was full of spiderwebs. Spiders. Bugs. It was full but full of hairsssss. The owner was rude.

− Work caused me to need to check in at 12:15 am. I called at 11:30 pm - no answer. Called at 11:40 and woke someone up who told me to check in at the Best Western next door. I did that and the receptionist (Stephanie) was fantastic. She gave me a room at the Best Western at the Relax Inn rate. So my comments about the Relax Inn have to do not with the room, but the way I was treated by their staff before checking in.
