1.0I booked a room for my friend it was his birthday,there was nothing to like it was a disgrace
− When booking in after 4pm was told room not ready,was given another room with no towels or toiletries as was told there would be. Asked repeatedly from day one for towels on the second day I went to confront the girl about the towels that was repeatedly asked for,she said once again wait I'm busy I didn't leave the door till I got my friend a towel which was thrown at him . The place was for people that was homeless and had problems, people where outside the property drinking till all hours and making a racket. I spoke to some of the people that said DSS had put them there this place is not a holiday place should not be on bookings.com

− The staff were very miserable, and although our first couple of nights breakfast was included the 1st night we chose not to have braces, then the 2nd morning we went for breakfast and they said it wasn't included and charged us £7 each we never got offered a brew then we got an egg ,a sausage, half a slice of vegan bacon, 3 tiny slices of mushroom, 10 beans and 1 plum tomato with no toast.

− The staff behaved very unprofessional from the moment we saw them. They made us wait in the blistering sun at the hottest time of the day on the front of the hotel for over 10mins waiting for the Star to have and finish the cigarettes eventually I went over enough again 15 minutes later and was eventually shone my room full stop the lady could not even crack a smile perfect was a stern as anything she was very unapproachable and she kind of looked too up and down if you were good enough to stay in her s***** Hotel went for breakfast and long behold we have to go two doors down well it was the same lady cooking the mineral the meals were shocking the right first was a sausage half a piece of vegan bacon three pieces of mushroom tiny pieces and one plum tomato and about 10 beans I'm still the lady could not muster smile in the end my partner told her to stop looking at us looking at up and down
