10.0personeel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We Hadden pech onderweg en konden in overleg een oplossing maken. Het ontvangst was attent en gastvrij waardoor wij ons erg persoonlijk benaderd voelden.

Lovely place to stay
9.0Being 2000m altitude gave us welcome respite from the heatwave in the valley. Food was amazing. Rooms refurbished to a high standard. The staff were extremely helpful, especially sorting out a problem with the TV in our room so we could watch the World Cup! Great hiking paths all around.
− Just a minor annoyance - The reception staff called on the day of arrival to tell us the last cable car up was 4pm, yet the advertised time was 5pm. That seemed confusing and we had to cut short our other activities for the afternoon.
Please note that the hotel can only be reached by cable car, which only operates between 09:00 and 16:00. Limited parking is available next to the valley station (reservations required).
